Any actual services will be governed by the applicable written estimate, proposal, rental agreement, authorization, or service contract. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the service-specific agreement will control.

Insurance coverage and reimbursement depend on the applicable policy and insurer. Primold does not guarantee that an insurer will approve or pay any claim.

Conditions involving mold, moisture, smoke, fire, lead, odor, and property damage vary significantly. Although Primold strives to provide professional services, website content and preliminary communications do not guarantee:

• Complete elimination of every contaminant, odor, or underlying condition
• Prevention of future mold, water, fire, smoke, or lead-related issues
• A particular test result, restoration outcome, timeline, or insurance decision
• That a property is safe to enter or occupy without an appropriate inspection

You agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
• Submit false, misleading, or unauthorized information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or related systems
• Introduce malware or interfere with website operation
